Chocolate-fudge Frosting

Ingredients & Directions


3 tb Unsweetened cocoa powder 3 tb Safflower oil
1 c Sugar 1/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Evaporated skim milk 1 ts Vanilla

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except vanilla. Bring to a
boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add vanilla; beat
5 minutes with electric mixer. Spread over cake.
